What's New?
🏢 Account-level visibility: See all your CRM accounts in one place, with their associated deals and documents rolled up for a unified view.
📄 Account documents: Create documents like Account Plans, Executive Summaries, or Business Cases that span an entire account—not just a single deal.
🤖 Smarter Olli: Olli now understands account context. When you're working on a deal, Olli knows which account it belongs to. You can also @mention accounts directly to ask questions across all deals in that account.
🔄 CRM sync: Documents created in Fluint automatically sync back to your CRM, linked to both the deal and the parent account.
How to Access CRM Accounts
In the left sidebar, click CRM Accounts
Browse your synced accounts from Salesforce or HubSpot, indicated by the CRM icon next to each account.
Use the search bar to find a specific account by name
Note: Accounts are synced from your connected CRM. If you don't see accounts, check that your Salesforce or HubSpot integration is connected in your Fluint Settings.
Viewing Account Details
Click any account to open the Account Details page. Here you'll see:
Account information: Name, domain, industry, and other details from your CRM
All Deals: Every deal/opportunity associated with this account, including the deal stage and other key metrics
Documents: All documents related to this account—both account-level documents and documents from associated deals
Creating Account-Level Documents
From the Account Details page, you can create documents that belong to an account rather than a specific deal:
Navigate to the account's detail page
Click New Document or use the content creation modal
Select a framework (e.g., Account Plan, Executive Summary)
The document is created at the account level and will appear in the account's document list ✨
When to use account-level documents:
Account Plans that span multiple deals
Executive Summaries for the entire customer relationship
Business Cases that apply to the whole account
Risk assessments across all deals in an account

FAQ / Troubleshooting
Q: Why don't I see any accounts?
A: Accounts are synced from your CRM. Ensure you have Salesforce or HubSpot connected in Settings > Integrations.
Q: Can I create a CRM Account in Fluint?
A: No, accounts are read-only and synced from your CRM. Create accounts in Salesforce or HubSpot, and they'll appear in Fluint after the next sync.
Q: What's the difference between a deal document and an account document?
A: Deal documents are tied to a single opportunity. Account documents belong to the entire account and appear when viewing any deal under that account.
Q: Do account documents sync to my CRM?
A: Yes. Account documents sync to the related Account/Company record in your CRM.
