Enabling your Zoom integration

Adding the integration

1. Sign in to Fluint at https://meeting.fluint.io.

2. Open Connect and choose Connect Zoom.

3. Approve the "Fluint Notetaker" authorization request on Zoom (permission: view your Zoom Access Key, used only so the notetaker can join your meetings as you).

4. You'll return to Fluint with Zoom shown as Connected.

Using the integration

Once connected, Fluint's notetaker joins your scheduled and ad-hoc Zoom meetings, records them, and produces a transcript and notes.

The bot joins on your behalf — it appears in the participant list and only records when you (the authorizing host or participant) are present.

View recordings, transcripts, and notes in your Fluint meeting library.

Removing the integration

1. In Fluint, open Connect and choose Disconnect next to Zoom. This stops all future notetaker joins for your account.

2. To fully revoke access, go to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage, then Added Apps, find Fluint Notetaker, and click Remove.

3. On removal, Fluint deletes your stored Zoom authorization; recordings you already captured follow Fluint's standard data-retention and deletion policy.
