How can I set up the Fluint Notetaker?

Head to Settings (bottom left corner!) and look for Integrations. You'll select 'Individual Integrations' and then connect your calendar from there.

Once connected, don't forget to set your calendar preferences, as that's what triggers your Notetaker to attend meetings.

I'm an AE. Can I sign up on my own, without my team?

Yep, you can go ahead and get started with your own account. There's no admin-level setup required (you can copy and paste in call transcripts without any integrations, or use a Fluint notetaker).

Plus, your commission from a single closed deal will more than pay for your whole year’s subscription.

What happens if I sign up, but Fluint’s not a fit?

Fluint offers a free plan option for getting started with 0 commitment.

To make a refund request, send an email to [email protected] and our support team will assist you.

Can you help me cancel my plan?

Sure thing, head to Settings then 'Billing'. You'll see the ability to edit your plan there.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?

Sure thing, head to Settings then 'Billing'. You can see and access past invoices there.

How can I delete a deal?

Navigate to your pipeline view in Fluint. Then on the deal card, look for the 3 dots actions menu. You'll see the option to delete a deal there!

*Note - deleting deals is not an option for CRM synced deals

Can you update my Fluint user email?

Yes, please send us an email to [email protected] specifying both the current email for your account, and what you'd like to change it to.

Can you remove access for one of our users?

No problem, your team Admin can manage Fluint users, including deleting user accounts via the User Management tab in Settings.

Removing a user revokes their access, but won't delete their associated content.

Can we add a user?

Your Team Admin can manage Fluint users, including adding new user accounts, via the User Management tab in Settings.

Make sure to use the email address that matches your CRM/SSO.

And, keep in mind that users do not receive any notification from Fluint, so you'll want to let them know they have access once added.

How can I add myself to a deal?

Toggle your pipeline view to show All Deals. Then, search for the deal you wan to add and click into it. Once you're in the deal, look for the 'Collaborators' section and click to add yourself!

All deals where you're listed as a Collaborator will show up by default on your pipeline homepage

What integrations are supported?

Currently, we support integrations with the following tools for those on Team License plans:

Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Clari Copilot, Salesloft, Zapier, and Slack
