What are Chat Flows?
Chat Flows allow you to save and reuse sequences of prompts that you frequently use with Olli. Instead of typing the same questions repeatedly, you can create a chat flow once and run it anytime with a single command.
Example use cases:
Research a company or competitor with the same starting prompt, and turn results into a specific output
Run the same meeting-prep sequence every new deal to develop a plan and discovery questions
String together multiple commands, like "Build me a matrix of influential contacts at XX company" + "Draft an outreach strategy for each, with the right sequence"
Capture and reuse the perfect, detailed prompt whenever you find a good one!
Access Chat Flows
There are two ways to access your chat flows:
From the sidebar icon menu: Click Chat Flows in the left menu
From Olli Home Page: Use the slash command - type
/in the main Olli chat box to see available flows:
Creating a Chat Flow
Method 1: Create from Scratch
Go to Chat Flows in the left sidebar icon menu
Click the Create a Chat Flow button
Fill in the workflow details:
Name: Give your flow a descriptive name
Description: Explain what the workflow does
Execution Mode: Choose how prompts run
Visibility: Private (you) or Shared (entire team)
Add your prompts in sequence using the "Add Prompt" button
Optionally add labels to each prompt for easy reference
Click "Save Changes"
Method 2: Save from an Existing Olli Chat
If you've had a productive conversation with Homepage Olli, save those prompts as a reusable chat flow!
Click the chat flow icon in the chat box footer
Review and edit the extracted prompts
Adjust settings as needed
Click "Save Chat Flow"
Execution Modes
Workflows have two execution modes:
Step-by-Step
Olli executes one prompt at a time
After each response, Olli pauses allowing you to review before proceeding
Type your own follow-up questions without advancing the workflow
Click "Continue" when ready to proceed to the next step
Automatic
Olli executes all prompts in sequence automatically
No pausing between steps
Faster execution for routine tasks
Running a Chat Flow
Using Slash Command /
In any Olli homepage chat, type
/to open the workflow menuStart typing the chat flow name to filter
Click the chat flow you want to run
From the Workflows Page
Go to Chat Flows in the sidebar
Find the workflow you want to run
Click either 'Run Live' or 'Run in Background'
If required, select a deal/meeting/prospect etc.

Visible to everyone in your organization

Anyone can run them, but only the creator can edit/delete

Want to tweak one and adapt for your team? Just clone it, then edit away.
Using Placeholders
Some workflows are designed to work with specific targets - like a Prospect, a Deal, or even a specific Framework you want Olli to draft (like MEDDPICC Scorecards, a customer Account Plan template, etc.).
When building your prompt, use the @ symbol to insert a placeholder requirement for @deal, @prospect, or @framework. When running those workflows, Olli will first ask you to tag the deal, prospect, or document to use!
