šŸ”„ What is Flow Mode?

Instead of manually reviewing your entire pipeline, Olli scans your entire pipeline and surfaces what matters most so you can focus on high-impact activities. And - Flow Mode doesn't just suggest what to do, Olli actually executes by writing his own prompts and doing the work to move deals forward.

Accessing Flow Mode:

  1. Log into Fluint

  2. Look for the Flow Mode button in the left sidebar (flame icon)

  3. Click the Flow Mode button to activate the analysis

Working in Flow Mode:

Click on Flow Mode to get started; Olli will begin analyzing your pipeline:

  • You'll see a note "Analyzing your deals..." for 30-60 seconds

  • Olli assesses info like deal stage, amount, close date, etc. to rank priority

  • If your calendar is connected, you'll also see recommendations based on upcoming and recent meetings

Outputs:

  1. Today's Priorities

    Flow Mode displays the number of items that need your immediate attention at the top of the screen. This gives you a quick overview of your workload and helps you plan your day accordingly.

  2. Upcoming Meetings

    Flow Mode automatically surfaces your upcoming meetings and provides actionable context.

  3. Deals Needing Attention

    Olli's analysis and strategic recommendation for next steps on your highest priority deals.

  4. Quick Actions

    Each prioritized item comes with suggested actions you can take directly from the Flow Mode interface, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools or screens.

FAQs:

Some of my deals aren't showing up in Flow Mode, why not?

Make sure you're listed as a collaborator on all of your deals. Olli will only assess deals where you're assigned.

How is Olli ranking my deals?

Olli assesses deal info like close date, current stage, value, and engagement to determine priority.

When in Flow Mode, click the Settings icon to view details about deal scoring weights.

I don't see the meeting sections, how can I connect Olli to my calendar?

Head to the main Settings tab in Fluint (gear icon in bottom left corner). Navigate to Individual Integrations - you'll see an option to connect your calendar at the top!

*Note connecting your calendar can send a bot. Be sure to set recording settings to manual if you do not want a bot recording your calls!
