Creating Slides in Fluint

Generate compelling visuals with deal content in Fluint.

Fluint can generate customized presentation slides tailored to your deal, pulling context from your documents, meeting transcripts, and communications to create compelling, on-brand content.


Getting Started

  1. Navigate to your deal

  2. Click the Slides tab in the collapsible sidebar or Generate Slides in the upper right

  3. Choose an AI-designed background or one of your uploaded templates

  4. Enter an optional title, specific topics, the target audience, quantity of slides and your desired colors

  5. Open the sources' sidebar to customize the specific documents, meetings and emails used in your slide content

  6. Click Write Content and review the slide content, line by line

  7. Finally, select a background image and click Generate Slides

Configuration Options

Title (optional) - Give your slide deck a custom title, or let Fluint generate one automatically.

Target Audience - Choose who will be viewing these slides. The language and tone will be customized appropriately:

  • Executive — Strategic, ROI-focused messaging for C-suite stakeholders

  • Champion — Detailed, actionable content for internal advocates and mid-level managers

Slide Count - Select how many slides to generate:

  • 1 slide: Best for email summaries, leave-behinds, quick recaps

  • 3 slides: Best for champion decks that frame the problem and bridge to value

  • 5 slides: Best for full steering committee narratives with evidence and clear asks

Custom Instructions (optional) - Add specific guidance for Olli, such as:

- "Focus on cost savings"

- "Include competitive comparison"

- "Emphasize security features"

Brand Colors (optional) - Fluint automatically detects your primary and secondary brand colors, excluding black and white. If no brand colors are available, you will have an option to use a dark and light blue default scheme or open color pickers to select a primary and secondary color.

Working with Slide Backgrounds and Templates

If you have corporate slide backgrounds to work with, your account admin can upload them in Fluint Settings > Slides. Each organization can upload up to 12 backgrounds.

Organization admins can then toggle on the option to limit their users to the uploaded backgrounds. This enforces continuity across your slide presentations. If toggled off, each individual will be able to choose background imagery, deck by deck.

If you have corporate templates, you may also uploaded them in Fluint Settings > Slides. When building from a template, your background graphics will be preserved and Olli will write content to replace the template prompts. You will still have an option to review and edit the content before the slides are generated.

Viewing and Managing Slides

Slides typically generate in about 60 seconds. You can navigate away; the deck will appear in your Slides tab when ready.

Once generated, your slides appear as cards showing a thumbnail preview. Click any card to:

- View the full presentation with slide-by-slide navigation

- Download as a PDF

- View fullscreen for online presentations to a live audience

- Rename the deck

- Delete if no longer needed

Pro Tips for Best Results:

Update context first — The more recent your documents and meeting notes in your deal, the more relevant your slides will be.

Use custom instructions — Be specific about what you want emphasized!

Use exact brand colors — Buyers see their logo and branding every day. They will spot discrepancies quickly.

Match audience to viewer — Executive slides are high-level; Champion slides are more detailed
